Martin Hart is the managing partner of the firm and concentrates mainly on Conveyancing and specifically takes responsibility for a considerable number of private clients and property developers.
The majority of his work load involves the acquisition and disposal of sites for residential housing developments for the growing Northern Ireland Property Market. He also deals with the granting and approval of Commercial Leases.
Martin has recently been involved in the acquisition and sale of a number of multi-million pound development sites and shopping centres.
He also represents the Association of Teachers and Lecturers in relation to their property matters.
Martin has recently joined the Belfast Solicitors Association Committee.
